Two videos, “The Florida Keys” and “The Everglades” on one DVD. “The Florida Keys” (45 minutes, 1995) is a thorough introduction to the ecology of America’s subtropical islands; covering mangroves, seagrasses, the Everglades, and the coral reef, as well as scientific research on osprey and crocodile populations. “The Everglades” (35 minutes, 1993) is a lesson on the natural dramatics of one of the Earth’s ecosystems, with its primary emphasis on the diversity and behavior of the animals and plants, but including an introduction to the environmental influence of human activities.
